These General Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the ORANOS TRANS website and the conditions applicable to the transport and logistics services offered by the company.

The site is accessible free of charge to any user with internet access. ORANOS TRANS reserves the right to suspend, interrupt, or limit access to the site at any time, notably for maintenance reasons, without this giving rise to any compensation.

4. Quote Request

The site allows users to submit quote requests by providing information regarding their transport needs (nature of cargo, weight, dimensions, origin, destination, attached documents, etc.).

Any quote request does not constitute a contractual commitment. The contract is only deemed formed after written validation of the quote by ORANOS TRANS and acceptance by the client.

5. Transport and Logistics Services

The services offered by ORANOS TRANS notably include:

  • National and international road transport
  • Associated logistics services
  • Organization and tracking of transport operations

Services are executed in accordance with the information provided by the client. Any erroneous or incomplete information incurs the exclusive responsibility of the client.

6. Client Obligations

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and true information
  • Comply with regulations applicable to the transport of goods
  • Guarantee the conformity of the transported goods
  • Settle payments according to the agreed conditions

The client remains responsible for the content, packaging, and legality of the goods entrusted for transport.

7. Rates and Payment Terms

Service rates are communicated in the quotes established by ORANOS TRANS. Unless otherwise stated, prices are expressed excluding taxes. Payment terms (deadlines, means of payment, late penalties) are specified in the quote or the contract concluded with the client.

8. Responsibility

ORANOS TRANS implements all necessary means to ensure the proper execution of services. However, the company's responsibility cannot be engaged in case of:

  • Force majeure
  • Client fault or negligence
  • Inaccurate information provided by the client
  • Indirect or immaterial damages

ORANOS TRANS's responsibility is limited in accordance with current transport regulations.

9. Insurance

Transported goods may be covered by insurance according to the conditions provided in the contract or accepted quote. It is up to the client to subscribe, if necessary, to any additional required insurance.

10. Intellectual Property

All elements present on the site (text, images, logos, graphics, structure, etc.) are protected by current intellectual property laws. Any reproduction or use without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

11. Personal Data

Personal data collected via the site is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Moroccan Law No. 09-08 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

12. Modification of General Terms and Conditions

ORANOS TRANS reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time. New conditions take effect as soon as they are published on the site.

13. Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.
